Where can I find information on the effects of oversleeping that doesn't send you to a depression page?

set alarm clock and try get use to it. have a clock by your bed where you can see it with you in your bed. get a data on what you do in the morning and how long it taks, then calculat when you need to get up. remember it have wake up at that time every day.(at first few days you will need a alarm clock.it depends on how long does it take for you to get use to it.) you might even get to sleep a few more minute. last, don't sleep late the night before.
