Does anyone have information about the link between visual migraines and depression?

I had a visual migraine last year, and right after I began to feel terrible. I didnt know what was going on, and I ended up in the emergency room. That's how quickly it hit me. The migraine lasted about half an hour and was not accompnied by any pain
